1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation cannot be returned.

  3. We'll reply with return instructions within 1 business day
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges

All TiziBrass faucets and related brass hardware include a 5-year coverage period starting from the date of delivery.

Important Warranty Limitations:

Installation Caution:

If a product is damaged during installation, it is not covered.
