1. Processing & Shipping Schedule

Business Days: Our warehouse and workshop operate Monday through Friday.

• Weekend Orders: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed and shipped starting the following Monday.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Special Items: Handmade products or items with special finishes may require additional preparation time before shipment.

• US Domestic Shipping: 3–4 business days
• Standard International Shipping: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes applied by their country.

TiziBrass is not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If a package is delayed once in transit, please contact the carrier directly for the fastest update.
• If a package is confirmed lost, please email us at support@tizibrass.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. TiziBrass is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
